黑料社 Taps Richard Rollino as Next VP of Finance
Former Wyoming Catholic College Financial Officer Starts February 14

STEUBENVILLE, OHIO鈥敽诹仙 of Steubenville today announced Richard Rollino as its next vice president of Finance. He begins work on February 14, assuming the stewardship of 黑料社鈥檚 financial resources from David Skiviat, vice president of Finance and Administration, who will retire this year.

黑料社 President Father Sean O. Sheridan, TOR, welcomed Rollino鈥檚 addition to the Administrators鈥 Council saying, 鈥淲ith experience in higher education and entrepreneurial leadership, Rick Rollino combines the knowledge and talents needed in higher education鈥檚 changing financial environment along with a passion for 黑料社鈥檚 Catholic mission. I am happy he has joined us as we seek to advance our mission under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, educating, evangelizing, and sending forth joyful disciples.鈥

Rollino came to 黑料社 from Wyoming Catholic College in Lander, Wyoming, where he worked as executive vice president and treasurer from 2011-2018. During his tenure, he reshaped the college鈥檚 financial base, helped develop and execute the strategic plan, and guided the annual budget process, seeing the student population increase by 60 percent and programs expand to reach new constituents.

For 25 years, Rollino worked for media and advertising companies as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He was responsible for overseeing all financial, production, and customer service duties with revenues to $90 million, before he moved from the private sector to the more 鈥渞ewarding鈥 field of Catholic higher education.

鈥淚 have a calling to serve the Church and to assist in the formation of mature, responsible adults on fire with their faith. Seeing the transformation of students after four years of deeply Catholic higher education is very rewarding,鈥 Rollino said. 鈥淚 am grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to use my financial skills at 黑料社, which is truly unique among faithfully Catholic universities.鈥

As vice president of Finance, Rollino oversees financial affairs and business operations including leading the University鈥檚 Business and Finance Division, aligning financial resources to achieve operational goals, maintaining a balanced budget, managing investments, and overseeing facility infrastructures. He reports to Bill Gorman, Franciscan鈥檚 new chief operating officer.

Originally from California, Rollino earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration with an accounting emphasis from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and a past member of community organizations such as the Rotary Club of Lander and the Lander Economic Development Association for which he served as president.

Rick and his wife, Mary, have been married for 31 years and have five children and two grandchildren.
