FLSA Status:聽 Non-Exempt
Schedule:聽 Full-time – Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with a half-hour lunch break. Occasional overtime is required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The General Maintenance Technician repairs, troubleshoots, provides preventive maintenance, and performs installation work related to commercial and residential buildings including carpentry, electrical, lighting, plumbing, mechanical, hardware, roofing, and furniture. This role also provides services to our customers such as renovations, installing shelves, carpet, hanging pictures and numerous other customer convenience items, as authorized.
