FLSA Status:聽 Non-Exempt
Schedule:聽 Full Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.. Typically, a half hour meal break. Occasional overtime required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HVAC/General Maintenance Technician will maintain, modify, overhaul, install and repair various commercial heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and food service equipment. Will also repair, troubleshoot, provide preventive maintenance, and conduct installation work related to other commercial building systems and equipment including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, general repairs, and furnishings.
