Schedule:聽 Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; must be able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Online Admissions Counselor is responsible for making initial contact with inquiries and providing customer service throughout the entire admission process and beyond. Will work closely with Registrar and Financial Aid. Occasional travel to outside sell at conferences may occur. Sales and customer service skills are a must. It is also important to be self-motivated, efficient, and a good problem solver.
